$1250 for a 30" dell? Are they really that much these days?

I think it's pretty good. They were retailing for like $1700 about 12-18 months ago.

When I bought my 2407WFP's 2 yrs ago they were ~$750 each, now the 2408's are ~$500, about inline with my expectations for price declines.

But that 30" 3008WFP being $1400 is just a crazy price premium over the 24".

I would buy a refurb personally. I think refurbs are ~$800.

The 3008WFP has been $1,025 after coupon codes 2 1/2 months ago. I would hold out for the next round of codes to come out.

the time before last time it was anywhere that cheap... was a year prior...

Have you used one? 😛 In games, totally worth it. If you don't mind the graphics card upgrades.
