Is this a good overclock?

i am running my Barton 3200 200 MHZ FSB chip at 220 MHZ FSB for a speed of 2.43 GHZ. my vcore is set at 1.7, northbridge at 1.7 and vdim at 2.8 I run prime 95 and it ran for 11 minutes then give error message. see below for system specs. what would i need to increase to stabalize the system or don't i need to worry about it? temps and everything are fine. my cpu is running at 32C at idle and system at 28C.

Yes :0, but by the looks of it, your prime 95 is not nice to ya. Try lower your clock a bit
