guyver01 - THere have been a LOT of reports of SanDisk SD cards mysteriously failing. Apparently there was a large batch of bad cards that went out late last year and people are still experiencing difficulties. It may or may not have cleared up by now. IMO you'd be better off with a trusted brand like Lexar.
