V VDOWeirdo Junior Member Jun 16, 2001 4 0 0 Jun 17, 2001 #3 That's a HSF for a slot A Athlon. Only the early K7s were made in slot A. If you're getting a 1.4 GHz athlon, it's gonna be a socket A. That cooler wont work for it!
