Is this a good GPU for my system?

I have bought this GPU for 180 Euro.

I intend to use it for gaming on a 1080p moniter for games such as Battlefield, Fallout, Crysis etc.

I have a 750w PSU , 8GB RAM and a FX 8350 CPU.
