Is this a good gf4 OC?

hey just got a gf4 ti4800se albatron stock speeds of 297/650 have it oced to 345/745 just kind of wondering if this is a good OC for this card and is there any programs that will give me a temp read out?

If it's stable, it's fine. If it was too hot, then it would lock up/crash. That's a nice overclock.
My Ti 4400 default 275/550 gets up to 305/620 :(

yeah, i had to turn it down to 335/735 i was getting no artifacts under artifact tester but under 3dmark i was getting them, might have to try turning up gpu clock now think it was the ram that was causing artifacts

That's an excellent overclock. I can only get my MSI GeForce4-Ti4400 from 275/275 to 330/315. Way to go!:)

The artifacts could had been caused by heat, when running artifact tester there is no real load on the gpu and ram, but in 3dmark you're stressing it and causing heat...take the ide of your case off it isn't already and see if it crashes then, aim a fan at it or something, and feel the heatsink and the ram to see how warm it is.
