AMD Ryzen 3100
GIGABYTE B450M DS3H
Corsair 8GB DDR4 C16 3000MHz
GTX 1050Ti (existing card, upgrade in future when it dies)
WD Blue 2TB
Crucial 240GB BX500
Thermaltake TR2 S 550W OR Antec ATOM B550 SMPS OR GIGABYTE P550B SMPS
CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC-01 OR
ANTEC NX200
Dell E2218HN (already own)
Please suggest any changes especially as i am not sure which PSU or Case to get. Also will the motherboard support the CPU out of the box?

Current build FX6300 and 1050Ti. Location India. Play all kinds of games including all AAA games like RDR2 and upcoming Horizon, CyberPunk etc.

Suggestions and I do not know costs in India

16GB RAM is a much better idea ddr3000 or above but realize faster memory is a small benefit vs cost
If possible I’d go to a Ryzen (amd) 3600 CPU. That CPU appears to be the value point right now and will likely have longer support for minimum specs in games simply because so many were sold.
Maybe a 650 watt power supply too simply because a later video card may require it. However I’m not so good with power supply’s and machines needs, I tend to over estimate.

Opinion part:
Is that an matx board? I don’t like matx boards unless you need one for a small build. They are more cramped to work on and in my opinion are less reliable because all the stuffs tightly jammed in. Again I am not an expert on this topic.

I agree with Mr. Meat.

Ryzen R5 3600 CPU, 16GB of RAM (3000 if you must, but 3600 is better), 650W (80Plus Gold if you can swing it) for future GPU upgrades.

What you specced out, OP, would be fine for a Fortnite box, but no way for CyberPunk 2077 or RDR2.

Edit: HDD and SSD are fine. As far as mobo, B450 is fine, but be aware that you might have to flash it. Make sure to get one with VRM heatsinks, if you want it to last long-term, especially in a hot climate like yours.

No i don't think I can go for 3600 as it costs $220 atleast here while 3100 is $115. I've been benchmarks ryzen 3100 outperforms Intel i7-7700k so should be fine.

One thing I’ve learned is pricing for tech stuff is really strange in India.
I agree with @VirtualLarry that CPU isn’t going to run future games super well, HOWEVER it really depends on your expectations if 25-35 frames per second on medium settings is acceptable to you (it is totally acceptable to me) then in the future you could put a decent video card in and you will likely be fine.
If we are talking 60 plus frames per second on high or ultra settings, no this machine won’t do it.

Off topic: I feel many people claim to tell the difference between 30,45,60 and 100! FPS but science tells us only a tiny margin of people are capable to telling the difference between 24 FPS and 60 FPS if they concentrate on the video feed. I would assume that margin goes way down if they are playing the game as opposed to watching the game.
IMO frame counters & benchmarks are horrible things that happened to the industry. How something looks and plays is far more important than 55 FPS vs 80 FPS.

Surely i will get 60 fps on medium if i upgrade the graphics card from 1050ti to 1650 super or RX580?

Depends on the game. Personally I’d wait until next year for a graphics card change. See how your current card works, if it is good enough stick with it until it is no longer good enough.
