Is this a good deal?

Fry's is selling an i5-3570 with a Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H for $253 OTD and then you get an extra $15 MIR. Don't care much for OC just want to play some stuff like GW2, Bioshock Inf., and others. What you guys think?

You save roughly $60 over the Newegg list prices for those items. However, you can get a similar motherboard for $60 after a $10MIR and a slightly slower i5-3470 for $190 (for a total of $250) and it becomes unworthwhile.

I suppose it depends on how much your time and gas are worth (plus the tax rate).

You also probably pay tax from Microcenter then... it's still marginally cheaper, plus save on gas money and time. It depends on how much that extra 100MHz in the 3570 vs the 3470 is worth to you. It's small enough that it won't effect gaming.
