To me its seems too good to be true considering it comes with 23" monitor.

It's including pirated movies and games, windows is probably a pirate copy too.

It's used parts, no warranty, from a shady seller. That CPU/motherboard combo is an OK combination with the 4850 but both are a couple of years behind modern midrange systems.

I don't mind the piracy. Basically, I have about $600. I either want to buy this or build my own. Would I be getting a better deal out of this or not?
