my little brother in law wants a gaming computer and he saw this one on ebay. here can someone tell me if this is a good deal for a gaming computer or if not, can you suggest something that is for about the same price ($425 shipped).

can anyone suggest something for the same price then? currently hes got a 1.8ghz dell but claims that games lag on it. i dont know the other specs of the dell sorry.
