That's a decent deal if you're in the market for a low/mid range computer. Heck, some HSF's cost more than $44.
 
Im buying it as a gift for a my nephew so he can upgrade his old PC (P4 Williamete @ 1.3Ghz, Socket 423 Motherboard).
