Is this a good deal?

I'm thinking about buying a used CPU/Mobo from some guy (a verified seller), and was hoping you guys could let me know if it's a good deal. It's a Pentium 4 3.0c, which is a "30 capper" (is that good btw? ), and an Asus P4P800 mobo, this one here apparently: http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket478/p4p800/overview.htm

both were used for about 3 months and the 3.0c can get up to 3.7 ghz on air, which i also believe to be true.

For $270 shipped...sound like a good deal? I'd really appreciate any advice or anything, thanky.

for that price you can get a brand new athlon64 with an nforce3 motherboard.
