They have a warrenty from the seller and are tested (so they say)

at $15 there is usally something up. I just wanted opinions on the brand and model.

EDIT: There are also some Cicso Catylist Switches hovering about the same price.

they're $15 for a reason...ancient, noisy, and high power consumption. buy them if you want something to play around with, but look into a new dumb switch for production use.
