I was looking for a 7800GT and figured that prices would be going down. I am unsure what the overclocking does to this but I can bet my bottom dollar one of you guys will know. I was going to get an EVGA brand of the 7800GT but I saw this. It states $399 on the website but if you add it to cart it only charges you $379 and then an $50 rebate. Check it out and let me know.

It's not a bad deal, just not a great deal. I am partial to evga because of the lifetime warranty, step program, and good customer service. But, to each his own; if you have had good experiences BFG go with it, they are not bad. My advice is to look around very much for prices on it though.

Actually, that's a nice price. It's a BFG one that goes for 320... which normally sells for like 380 (even online).

I didn't think it was that bad as it will be $329 after rebate. I am not a big fan of rebates but I definately want to get a 7800GT before X-mas. Maybe I will hold out and see if the prices go down. From what I read it does have a lifetime warranty.

I just sold my XFX 7800 GTX- OCs for $400 a piece, my buddy bought a 7800GT from tigerdirect for $289 after a $30 mail in rebate and its a damn good card.

You also get a $50 game with that 7800GT. Its a good deal considering BFG's draw a price premium due to true lifetime warranty.

However a GT is a GT, so if you can find one cheaper with no MIR then I'd do that. However BBY is pretty good about rebates.
