Is this a good deal for Vista + Office 2007?

I can get the following deal through my employer:

Vista Ultimate Full Version: $259.97
Office 2007 Home and Student: $76.70
Total after tax and shipping: $369.01

I am going back to school in the fall, but I don't think my institution offers anything better than the base discounts for Vista and Office. How does this look to you guys?
 
Save yourself ton of cash by buying from institution.
My son paid $34 for Ultimate upgrade + $15 for Office 2007 H & S (full version).
