Its retail, its $178 at newegg, and it has $50 mail in rebate. Worth it? Good drive(I'm pretty sure it is)? Get a NEC for around 100 bucks?

Go in and read the rebate info. You have to buy ConvertX to get the rebate. So....not that hot :(
