Is this a good cooling setup ???

Okay in about a week i'm going to construct my rig (athlon 1,2 possibly going to overclock to 1,4, dunno yet ..) i have gotten my dad's case (his comp fried and I got the remains to scavenge upon ) I already have drilled a whole bunch ove holes in the plastic frontpanel and a whole bunch of bigger holes in the internal case (there is a case in metal, covered with plastic frontpanels ..)
I will also drill out the rear fan holderbecause right now it only supports a 50x50x8mm fan I would get myself 2 Sunon case fans (80mm) and put one in front and one at the back toghetere with an enermax 350 watt PSU (which has 2 fans itself ..)

I think this is okay for case cooling, am I right ?

But My Big question is my hsf itself .. I would use a Volcano II hsf (is this a good hsf for an athlon 1,2 at 1,4 ?, doesnt it make too much noise ?, any bad or good experienced with it ? .etc...)
just tell me what you think of it ..

I'd say if you could, open up another spot for intake

hmm cant do that .. I have tought about it cous now i'm like creating a vacuum eh .. 1 fan intake and 3 output fans (the two inside the PSU taken into account)
my frontpanel is just too small to put two next to eachother and i cannot put them on top of eachother either because there are my HD bays ...
the case was designed for an old PII or celeron so it isnt relly made for the heat of an athlon ... (fer god's sake the thing had only one fan holder for a 50mm fan ... I had to drill holes in the whole thing ... I hope it doesnt collapse .. cosu the metal structure might go down if I put too many holes in it ..

maybe I could put a 50 or 60 mm fan next to the 80 mm fan .. that should be just possible I think ...
but I dunno if it'll help much ...
also where do you find dust-filters to put in front of your intake fans ? will normal microfilters (for the vacuum cleaner) be good enough ?
i have tested it and the airflow isnt noticably reduced by them ..

(hmm installing a vacuum cleaner as cooler for yer rig .. what an idea

Well the thing about creating a vaccum, is that you'll draw in dust faster and you'll endup cleaning your parts more often. You can get some filters from cpufx.com I believe, also try www.millisec.com, www.plycon.com, www.kdcomputers.com. If you can , try to open up that spot to a 92mm or 120mm hole if possible. For a heatsink, I'd recommend an sk-6, or a Taisol 7600092 (sp)
