Is this a good cooler for my Phenom II?

I am currently using the stock AMD cooler. I idle around 45-50C and load 53-65C so I was wondering if this cooler would help out some, Artic cooling Freezer 64 Pro

I have a Xigmatek S1283
was about double the AC but if it was not so tall it would not clear my coolers around the chip socket..

It has my stock P4 3.0 ghz running at 25ºC idle

I have all AC fans and think they are great, if the AC fan fits I think it would be OK
I think Anandtech or Tomshardware had a test on 15 or so coolers and you can look up its rating wich would be far better than the stock cooler I think..
