is this a good cloning tool for hd full clone so it can be new c drive

I can't comment on whether DriveImage XML is any good because I don't have experience with it, but I read the web page on it and it sure sounds good.

what is the version that has like a ghost in the systray
 
Have never used it. But as for cloning and imaging software, Xcopy is free for example - for those who can understand its interface. If you want to point and click, you need other (unfortunately, paid) soft like True Image or Casper.
 
i have ghost 7 currently i ahve used it to make exact (system disks) for example
the origninal was 20gb need to move it exactly to 250gb so it will boot on 250gb
and im very used to ghost 7
but they only have 200mb left on the 20 gb
so i need a small
application
so..
how small is ghost 7?
well its 120mb on the cd
although
how big is it on the hd installed?
