Hmm.. Sounds like a no-name power supply to me. You may want to consider purchasing a case without a PSU and buying a reliable one to put in it (like Antec [I've heard good things about the TruePower series] or Enermax [Whisper series perhaps?]).
Although the brand-name PSU will cost a bit more (TruePowers tend to cost..well.. quite a bit more at ~$70+), ask anyone - a good power supply makes all the difference.
Also, I can't tell if the case has rounded edges on the inside, but if it does, those are always an added bonus.
Quick plug for the (BLACK or BEIGE) EVERCASE E4252 which I just bought from newegg shipped for about $35 (sans power supply).
