This is what I will have - Athlon 3800+ AM2, some Gigabyte mobo, 2x1GB RAM, GeForce 7600GT, and a CD/DVD burner drive.

Most don't care for Aspire PSUs and they sometimes package even cheaper ones with their cases. But the included unit should work OK with that system. The next mATX system I build here will probably use that case (or the Chenming 318 - basically the same case) unless I can find something more interesting at that time.

It is not 420W (although it claims to be), but even if it was, it would likely use sub-quality parts. Generally, you get what you pay for.
