is this a good buy (LCD)?

i've been looking at this LCD for a back up if i miss out on the costco 19 inch envision deal

i for this for $430 (tax and shipping included)

is this a good deal???

here are a few quick specs

18 in viewable
1280*1024 resolution
DVI input
20 ms response time

but here is what concerns me:

The pixel response time of 20ms means that, in theory, you won't get good results from full-motion video on this screen. You may get away with watching small video clips, but you're likely to see smearing on full-screen moving images. Fast-moving games are also likely to be affected.

i thought 20 ms isnt bad? 16 being the best, i thought 20 would be ok. any thoughts?

I purchased an 18.1 NEC/Mitsubishi NX85LCD and it is great. I play Battlefield, UT2K3, NFS:U on it and see no ghosting at all. DVD playback is excellent as all.

Best Buy.. 499.99 Not all of the stores of them, as they were the 2003 models and 2004 are starting to appear.
