If $150 means professionally assembled (not Wal-Mart) then it is a good deal. Basic bike, but $150 is really peanuts.

Its fine for basic commuting and city riding. Double check the assembly and consider putting some slicks on it.

People we are talking $150 here. What do you mean it's not worth it? I personally would not spend only $150 on a bike ($300-350 is a realistic minimum) but if $150 is all you can spend then this bike is OK.
