Is this a good 3Dmark score?

I just got the Geforce 4 ti4600 from a geforce 2 Ultra, my score went from 5050 to 9130, is that about right?

i just got my ti4600 today and i went from 6000 roughly with a gf3 ti 200 to 9000 which the ti4600

Um, did you not o/c the GF3 Ti200? I get 8200 with 3dmark 2k1 with a GF3 Ti200! I'm runnin the card @ 230/520, my CPU is a P4 1.8A@2.25 .
