is this a good 2100+ stepping?

This is the one that frys is currently selling- AIUHB 0301 XPLW, it indicates it is a downgraded 2800+, which isn't good I heard. What do u think I will be able to get out of this?

0301, decent overclocker, expect 2.2-2.3ghz range with 1.7-1.8 volts.

Good luck with that one. Best i could get out of my 0301 stable was 2.1 gig 1.72 volts
