Alrighty.
Here's the rig:
3000+ clocked @ 2.8 GHz (ROCK stable... Hours of HL2/CS Source gaming)
1024 OCZ PLat Rev. 2 Running DDR622 2.5-4-4-8
DFL SLI DR
BFG 7800 GTX (recently swapped from a 6800GT) 77.72
74 GB Raptor
200 GB Seagate
Audigy 2 ZS
Planar CT1904ADU 19" LCD hooked up through DVI.
OK, so for some reason, my PC gets all screwy if Azureus is open, and I a) try to run a video file with WMP10, b) open any sort of picture/graphic file. It does not seem to matter if Azureus is minimized or maximized.
Here's an example (please forgive the stupidity of the pics, just seems to be repeatable):
Good - text
Bad - Text
After I close the bad file, my monitor/display adapter flips out almost like it has decided to switch resolutions, and I can't do anyhting... The PC doesn't lock up (although it seems to lock up when trying to open movies). Examples: Text and Text
I think it has something to do with drivers and Azureus, but this system was fine this weekend... Can anyone offer any suggestions?
