I'm thinking about getting this but i need some input first? Is this a good gaming rig that will last me 3 maybe 4 years? Is there anything lacking? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Cyberpower seems to be a clone for their site, you might want to compare there on prices.

You might want to use a brand name power supply like corsair/antec/thermaltake. Even at a lower wattage they should be better units (you should be fine with a good 600W).

Another idea, go with a little less CPU and a little more GPU. You could try a socket 1156 system with an i5-760 and a GTX 470/570 or ATI 5850/6870/5870 (6870 is slower than the 5870). I think that would give you a better balance and help keep the system running faster longer.

Yeah I just did a quick build

CM Elite 430 Case w/ max fans
650w Thermaltake PSU
i5-760 w/ liquid cooling and mid OC (3.36GHz +)
8GB DDR3 1600
Asus MOBO w/ USB3 card
ATI 6870 GPU
1TB HDD
CD/DVD
Logitech 2.1 speakers
24" Asus Monitor
Win7 Prem 64bit

For under 1500$

A GTX 570 would be an even faster video card (6870 is about 25% faster than the GTX460 1GB and the GTX 570 is about 50% faster), it would add another 100$. You could drop to 4GB and keep the cost of the system at 1500$. And I think thats probably the best way to go at this time...4GB, GTX 570, and i5-760 (mid overclock if its 50$ or less).

In case you didnt know, Intel will be releasing a new generation of processors in about a month. They should be faster for the same money. Up to you if you wish to wait.
