From the price my guess would be no, rather get a better brand and lower wattages. OCZ, PC P&C, Seasonic etc.

Make sure you have at least 24A on the 12V rail on a PSU...it should be at least 400watts for that system.

i thought the athena looked good, but read the reviews....the 12V rail runs around 12A even though the specs say 38A

get something better...there is a nice rosewill PSU (500watts) that has 34A on the 12V rail, and has fan speed control on the back. look for that, it's the same price pretty much.

I personally swear by enermax. Never had issues with any of their PSU products. And as said above, I would defineately play it safe and go with at least a 450, and make sure the voltages are on par.

LOOKS like an OK PSU. 28A on 12V should be plenty. Stability and efficiency are the unknowns. Have you found any reviews for it???

Not sure on that one... but I know the XClio 450watt is a solid performer in that pricerange.

Beat me to it.

This is an incredible steal as well, as is quieter and more efficient.

Wow, that one does look quite nice. Kind of wish I'd seen it before I bought a 460AGX (think that was the part number). Bought it from eWiz.com too. I was rather impressed by the lower power draw I saw, compared to the Antec Truepower 430W it replaced.
Good cooling too, 120mm fan.

Another friend of mine uses this AGPB Dual Ceramic fan 500W ATX12V Power Supply With Support for Intel 915 & 925 Chipsets, Model "AP-P4ATX50F12" PSU to power his A64 3200+ @ 2.4ghz, DFI Ultra D, 2GB PC3200, 1x 300GB seagate HDD, 2x DVD drives, 2x 120mm fans, + CPU HSF w/ 92mm fan, and 6800 Ultra it's pretty flashy and has light up blue lights, but it seemed to get the job done, altho under load the 12V tended to sag to aprox 11.7V according to his diagnogstic software, it also has fan only headers which came in handy, although for the price I'd prolly go w/ the 450watt Xilco or if you can spend a bit more the 430 watt Seasonic, this PSU didn't seem very quiet but otherwise held up well and it's missing the 6pin PCI-E video connector which is kinda a pain.
