Is this a decent NorthBridge HSF?

Anyone know if this northbridge HSF is decent? I plan to put it on a 8rda+ with oc'd xp2100.

Fan Speed: 5300 rpm
Airflow: 5.2cfm

It's adequate for everything but an nForce2 board. In fact, it looks like it would be inferior to the stock 8RDA unit. For improved passive cooling for a good amount of overclocking, check the Zalman out. You can stick a 40mm fan on it if you are going to OC over 210MHz FSB. Or you can go all out and take a note from Insane3D
