I found the MSI STARFORCE 826 MX-400 64MB GEFORCE2 for $83. Is this a good card? How is the price? How does it stack up to other GEFORCE2 cards?

when I got my MX, the price is about $130 for 32MB SDRAM.
I am happy with it. the price for video card will keep falling.
if you wait long enough (2 years??), GeForce3 will cost less then $100.

There is never good/bad time to buy, unless there is HOT DEAL going on,
buy whateve fit your needs.
 
MX400 cards really aren't worth it, they're no faster than the original MX's which can be found for $50. Yeah, get a GTS for $100 or a Pro for $150. But if u want to stay at $80, then u can't go wrong with the Radeon LE. U can make it perform like the $130 Radeon DDR. Just oc it, then hack the registry.
