There is also a good probability she could have prevented it by calling for help instead of encouraging him to do it. Not sure about legally but morally we all have an obligation to offer assistance to those in distress. Had she said nothing he may or may not have gone through with it. Had she tried stalling him and getting someone to intervene she would have saved his life. Only a sociopath would do what she did. I have no sympathy for her whatsoever.
