Is this a craigslist scam?

I know what Ebay scams look like as I've done plenty of selling there before, but this is my 2nd time using Craigslist to sell (once to put up my apartment for sublet).

This seems very very fishy.

I've had pretty good luck having craigslist items shipped to me. Nabbed my InFocus 4805 for $250 shipped .

CL is hit or miss.. But anyone contacting you and using words like AlertPay, BidPay, International Money Order, quick sale, personal FedEx account, etc is a SCAM 100%

Also I am assuming that his $899 offer is higher than what you had listed?

Maybe it looks good to someone with ETL (English as a Third Language) but to a native speaker/writer, it's still absolutely horrid.

That combo set off alarm bells for me. Word economy for the nguyen!

"I am willing to offer..." or you just say "I am offering you..."

And he begins his sentence with "And"... LOL
