I have the latest versions of Opera running on my work and home PC. I've noticed that when I open up a page and either scroll down or to the side, Opera would hang up to 10 seconds or so. If I check the Process tab during the hang, Opera is just hammering my CPU at or near 99%. Anyone else having this problem?

We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue.
