Is this a bent socket pin?

Hi all, i took the cpu and fan off my gigabyte x58a ud3r mobo and noticed something that looked like a bent pin, can someone please help confirm this with me.. The pins in suspect are indicated by the red arrow..
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

here is the overall picture of the socket, with the supposed bent pins in the middle of the top row of the bottom section of the socket
 
Yep, looks bent. Best thing to fix them is taking a mechanical pencil, with no lead in it, the hollow of the tip fits just perfectly over the pin, then very gently bent it back. Razor blades can also work.

That doesn't necessarily work on LGA pins. The mechanical pencil trick works great with pins on CPUs, since those were straight and round. The LGA pins have a bend in them, and are flat.
 
I bent mine back in place with the smallest screwdriver I could find (for fixing glasses...)

worked great. don't try to make it perfect, just get it back in place with the ones around it.

Those don't look too bad and should be easy to fix. Hey it still might even work as is.
