Is THIS 9600 (plain) 64-bit or 128-bit?

A friend of mine is looking for an inexpensive AGP card; cheaper the better. I found this one for him at Geeks.com. It's a plain 9600 for $49 + shipping (about $8). It's new, but I can't tell from the description whether it's 128-bits or 64-bits. Any help? Are any better deals available in the sub-$60 category?

doesn't say, which normally is a bad sign. Just get one from ZZF or newegg or something where it says which one it has.
