Is this 300W Power Supply sufficient for new system?

I'm planning on building a system soon, but I've decided on a mini-tower. I'll list a few specs but I dont plan on modding the case or putting in power hogs like lights and many fans. Most likely one NMB fan blowing in, 1 out, and a Zalman CNPS7000-CuAl (vid fan is stock). The SLK2600AMB is pretty much what i'm looking for but i'm unsure of whether the P/S will be able to handle these specs.

It will probably be a:

Abit IC7-G i875 - integrated Gigabit LAN/Sound - with stock P4C 800MHZ (2.6-3.0) - will overclock but nothing extreme, maybe 2.6 o/c to a 3.2 max

1GB DDR 400

CDRW and DVD - both most likely Liteon Components

ATI 9700/9800

60-80HD WDSE, or 36.7 WD Raptor SATA

That's about it. You think 300W of Antec quality will be able to handle this? If not is there a stock case like the SLK2600 that comes with a 350W? Thanks again..

Problem is the 2600 only comes with a 300W. If i wanted to keep the minitower, i would have to replace the PSU myself or force myself to get the bigger 3700, all of which I want to avoid if it is unnecessary.

Edit:

Also don't want to get the Lanboy since I find windows and LED's very tacky.

bah i just crashed as I went to hit the send button :p so here's the short version.

A 300w PSU should be fine for your setup and even an extra drive or some PCI cards. I run alot more then you do on a 250w PSU. Many people say you need 350 or 400 etc but thats because many crap PSU's can't handle their stated max load potential. Antec's are pretty good for that. When they say 300, they mean a stable 300. If you plan on doing alot of drive and PCI expansions or alot of powered devices like USB or firewire chains then you may want a 350w+ to be on the safe side but for the listed items you have, I would safely assume a 300W antec will do fine.
