i always thought they exists only in palomino form

Looks OK to me, but can't promise. It IS a Tbred b.

L = 1.5v
MPMW = Good

but...

The AIRGA bothers me. Reminds me of a bad pally code.

This Page show a higher voltage AIRGA doing 2.02Ghz. The low voltage on yours would indicate that it may go higher.
