Is Thermalright AX-7 = Thermaltake Volcano 7+

I was wondering if the AX-7 have the same cooling performance to the Volcano 7+ ? if so show me links

The AX-7 is better IMO depending on the fan you put behind it but a better choice would be the Thermalright SLK800
