Is there usually another (major) STEAM sale right before Christmas?

I know the "Autumn Sale" just wrapped up, but I can't remember if in year's past if they usually did another sale before the 25th?

Yes there is usually a Christmas sale. I believe it starts on the 17th.

It's basically a rehash of the Halloween sale. How many crappy titles can one buy at a reduced rate??

I only ask because there are a few last minute gifts I'm debating for some folks, but if the sale is around the corner...

Shouldn't be too long, few days at most. Usually runs through until New Years, I think?

Beauty of digital games is that you could buy them at sunrise Christmas morning and they'd show up in the recipients accounts' instantly.
