Is there usually another (major) STEAM sale right before Christmas?

I know the "Autumn Sale" just wrapped up, but I can't remember if in year's past if they usually did another sale before the 25th?
 
Valve and Steam like to suck your wallet dry over the holidays, same as most other merchants over the holidays.
 
It's basically a rehash of the Halloween sale. How many crappy titles can one buy at a reduced rate??

When does it usually start? Are we talking this weekend? Earlier?

I only ask because there are a few last minute gifts I'm debating for some folks, but if the sale is around the corner...

Shouldn't be too long, few days at most. Usually runs through until New Years, I think?

Beauty of digital games is that you could buy them at sunrise Christmas morning and they'd show up in the recipients accounts' instantly. 🙂
 
Looking in my badges section of my Steam profile....they're gonna have Holiday steam card nonsense again. I shouldn't say nonsense as I usually make a buck or two off that nonsense.....
