Is there such thing as Widescreen Browser

It would need to be laid out in the resolution when it was designed. However, most sites are designed with 1280x1024 in mind.

I think he's asking for a browser that may keep the site in a 4:3 aspect ratio and not fill the screen, then have goodies to the right and left sides.

No point in maximizing the browser. Nearly all webpages don't need the extra width so its wasted. I extend Firefox all the way vertically and about 75% horizontallly (probably about 1280x1024), so I can have a Winamp playlist and ICQ/chat windows or whatever on the right side. Or there is plugins for Firefox to side-by-side different windows, like split tabs.
