My old CD/Alarm Clock died today and I would like to get a new one with Mp3 playback but I haven't been able to find one thats small enough that plays Mp3's. I'm looking for either a small boombox like the Sony PSYC or something around that size. Anyone know of such model that plays Mp3/CD's?

if you just want to wake up to an mp3, then im using a program called Banshee Screamer Alarm

i can make a playlist of mp3s to play and have it play them randomly when it comes on... the keyboard works as a snooze and you can adjust the volume to get your alarm as loud as youd like :p

I have been using Banshee Screamer for a couple years now. It is the best thing because I have to get up to turn it off which lessens the chance I will go back to sleep.

The spyware is optional and it tells you during the setup that you don't have to install that part.
