Is there such thing as a Dell Parts website ?

I need to get a keyboard for my 300m.

Get it off ebay......Dell would porbably ask for upwards of $150 for that. I remember when i had to replace my gateway keyboard. they wanted $300....what a rip off.

BTW, yes, Dell does have spare parts store.

ebay is your best bet, but you might try a Computer Renaissance if they have any in your area. Yes they are overpriced, but you might find some odd end piece of crap/part that's useful, and haggle with them. I only mention this because I remember seeing an Inspiron 7000 keyboard at one.

I dunno, Dell was only gonna charge me $17 for my 9300 keyboard, until I pointed out it was still under warranty.

Dell no longer has a parts website. IIRC too many people were buying parts and selling them on ebay for a big profit. You have to call them now. Here is the information I have but it's old so I'm not sure if it's still accurate.

I dont get how people were making a profit selling parts on eBay if Dell had a parts store readily available.
