Is there such a thing? full ATX onboard video/sound/NIC & non-nforce?

I've seen nvidia chipsets that meets the criteria and mini-atx form factor...

but nothing with
full ATX
onboard everything
non-nforce

Anyone know of anything?

The Unichrome isn't suited for anything 3D at all but is supposed to be very nice for 2D stuff. Another alternative is the PC Chips M847LU which has an entire Xabre 200 graphics card imbedded in the board with it's own dedicated memory so it doesn't share with the system bottom of the page. the big downer is no upgrade path.

Unichrome as seen in KM400 or KM400A chipsets has yet to be benchmarked - it's a new graphics engine, let's see how much of a (desperately needed) step forward it is over ye olde ProSavage-DDR in KM266.

Then there's SiS 741 chipset around the corner, for sure a large step forward from 740 - brings back AGP upgradeability, adds DDR400 and FSB400 support, uses SiS' latest 964 south bridge with SATA and all.
