Is there such a thing as inexpensive comfortable dress shoes?

So I have 2 pairs of dress shoes that I wear during the odd wedding, interview etc. They were cheap and actually fit me but are otherwise really crappy, so that's why I only wear sneakers.

So, where do I go to find really comfortable, inexpensive, size 15 dress shoes?

Nordstrom rack? Tough size to find. I'm a 14 or 14 1/2, depending on the shoe.
The rack is where I tend to find most of them.

Rockport leather Prowalkers can double as dress shoes. I don't know if you'd consider $60-100 cheap though.

I don't think I've ever paid more than $50 CAD for shoes, but I suppose that might have to change.

I'm starting a new job where I can't wear my regular polo shirt / shorts / sneakers, but have to play dress up and I hate it: size 15s are hard to find, 36 length pants are hard to find and I've never owned a dress shirt that fit. :\

There's a brand called "Strictly Comford" that look good and are comfortable. About 50 bucks a pair.
