Is there such a thing as a tripod for overhead camera shots?

I want to be able to take pictures of things on my floor directly under the camera in low light situations without using my camera's flash. I don't think normal tripods would work because i wouldn't be able to take pictures of things directly below the camera. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Some will let you take it out of the centre column and mount it upside down. So you shoot between the legs of the tripod.

Sort of like this, but then you shoot down.

That would have been sweet to have when I took pics of my friends books in college.

I just did it by hand.... bad neck pain the next day.
