Is there such a thing as a quality budget pool table?

Yeh, so we have some space around the house now, currently a ping pong table is there, would like to replace it with a billiards table if I can find one for the right price, anybody got any suggestions/recommendations? Only thing is...it's gonna be outdoors (kinda like in the Drew Carey show, except under an awning)

I would not buy one unless I could see it first though. Pictures in catalogs can be deceiving. Try a local ad paper you may find a used one for a decent price. Find a local dealer check out thier tables then look in catalogs.

Check this out kinda pricey but look cool.

I would say your best bet is going to be something used.

They're precision. They have to be perfectly flat..... that's why they're so expensive.
