Is there such a mouse? - Bluetooth (receiver optional), wireless, laser notebook mouse?

I see the v270 from logitech, but that one isn't laser, and doesn't have back forward buttons...

microsoft doesn't have one either.

i need bluetooth since i don't want the receiver hanging in the back of my notebook when working (broke a current logitech receiver already)... but i think i'm asking for too much features in a notebook mouse?!?

mx900 is not for notebooks, i think the cradle is like the mx700 or mx1000

Yeah, the MX900 receiver is too large for portable use. But it works great with a laptop with built-in Bluetooth.

the "receiver" is actually a battery charger base with a USB thumbrive plugged into it. Great for desktops. Want to take it on the road with you and your lappy? Pull the thumb out of the base unit and plug into your laptop.

G7 isn't bluetooth, V400 is the notebook laser equivalent of the G7 (no recharging, 1xAA battery but still no bluetooth) while the V270 isn't laser.
i guess i am asking for too much... but if such a mouse exists, i'm willing to spend 50 bucks on it

I think Kensington makes one...

Not sure if it's one of the miniature notebook mice though.

I looked long & hard for the exact same thing a couple months back & never found anything that fit all those criteria.

gah sorry I totally skipped over the "bluetooth" requirement.
If I may ask, why does it have to be BT?

He has a laptop with built in BT. Same as me.

I don't want to deal with a receiver when I already have one.
