Is there somewhere online to get a virtual credit card number?

I'm dealing with a questionable online vendor, not comfy giving them the real deal. Anyone know of any sites online that will provide a virtual credit card number or visa gift card number?

Send a "webcertificate" to yourself for about 4 dollars, its basically an online debit card (I think its by mastercard). I've used it before, usualy takes about a day for them to send it out to you via email.
