Is there somewhere I can a (recent) past Stargate episode?

I just finished watching Moebius, part 1 of Stargate SG-1 on my DVR. I get all amped to see the conclusion, and find out someone frigging deleted it off my DVR. Is there somewhere I can download it? I did find one link for it, but it was in real media format. Hoping I could find an mpeg.
