Hehe, I figured bone structure weighed more than that 😛

yeah yeah rub it in 😉

Sorry, I was being serious though, I thought bone structure would weigh more than that... At least bone structure and the muscle to support it.

My food intake for today calculated out by fitday.com

Do I just burn that many calories?

First of all, that's wayyyy too much fat. You need protein to build muscle. Everyone will have some different magic number as to how much you should be consuming, but I find that 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% healthy fats works pretty well. Those are percentages calculated from total calories for the day.

To answer your question, it is definitely possible. When I first started training, I was 6', about 170 lbs or so, and I had to take in about 3500 cals per day to make progress. Right now I am consuming 4300 per day, and I know of several people on the board I linked to who consume 5000+/day.

You might just have a super fast metabolism, but the bottom line is you must eat more to gain weight.

What can I do to cut back fat and increase the others all around. Most protein heavy foods that I consume have a good deal of fat in them.

hehe no worries 😀 Apparently the bone structure doesn't weigh that much, I mean I'm not just skin-n-bones

I've just kinda given up on trying to gain for now. It doesn't really bother me any.
